Daryl Francis

Daryl Francis studied business and accounting, which he has blended with a career in the construction industry and hospitality. Francis has worked on all areas of a construction project throughout his 20+ year career. As the site lead for many of our construction projects, this gives him insight into understanding the intricacies of a project. Typically acting as the client’s representative on a project, Francis ensures that every party is doing their job. His watchful eye catches problems before they arise and he ensures contractors and subcontractors fix any errors. His role involves daily oversight, managing construction firms, architects, engineers, trades and any other actor on a construction project. He is deeply committed to his clients - delivering a project on budget, while managing expectations and timelines. Typically Francis comes on to a project pre-construction and stays on until the client is satisfied with its outcome. Francis has worked on small projects in the $10,000s of dollars up into $10 million. He’s worked on certified net-zero and in the southern USA to Maritime Canada. Francis also specializes in the food and beverage industry, advising clients in places like Fort Lauderdale and Myrtle Beach on things ranging from brand identity, financial management and physical design.

His unique combination of understanding markets, his straightforward attitude, quick wit and undeniable passion for the work he does, makes him a valuable resource for anyone looking for project management support, or consultant advice in both construction and the food and beverage market.

In his spare time, Daryl builds race tracks and refurbishes motocross.
